Precision Consulting Engineering (PCE) has entered a strategic partnership with RECS Architects to expand integrated architectural and consultancy services across Egypt and Gulf markets. The alliance combines Egyptian execution capacity with Italian design expertise, aiming to deliver faster project timelines, stronger quality standards, and a more value-driven model for real estate and infrastructure development.
The partnership plans to execute about 150 projects over the next three years with an estimated investment value of $10 billion, largely focused on Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Planned developments include residential compounds, towers, hospitality assets, industrial projects, three developments in Jeddah, and the Dammam Corniche, alongside new opportunities across the Gulf.
In Egypt, the alliance will prioritise large-scale urban projects in East Cairo and the New Administrative Capital, as well as hotel developments. Both firms said the collaboration will emphasise sustainable construction, smart systems, artificial intelligence, energy efficiency, and water management, positioning the platform for long-term competitiveness in regional markets.
