This phase includes six critical projects that are part of the Riyadh Main and Ring Road Axes Development Program, aimed at expanding the city’s transport infrastructure. The plan aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, enhancing connectivity and positioning Riyadh as a regional hub for mobility and logistics.

Scheduled for completion in three to four years, the third phase will cover several major projects.
