Versat Automobile Limited has formally entered Nigeria’s automotive market, unveiling its operations with the launch of C&C Trucks on 6 February 2026. Established in 2024, the company positions itself as a value driven mobility provider focused on performance, durability, reliability, and strong after sales support. Its market entry signals a strategic push into the heavy-duty truck segment, targeting industries such as logistics, construction, mining, and infrastructure development.
At launch, Versat introduced the C&C Model U400 6×4, available in tractor, dump truck, and chassis variants. The truck is powered by a 400-horsepower engine producing up to 1800Nm of torque, designed for heavy load operations and challenging terrain. With a reinforced steel chassis, advanced combustion systems, and fuel-efficient turbocharger technology, the model is engineered to balance durability with lower operating costs.
Versat’s partnership with C&C Trucks underpins the rollout, combining global manufacturing expertise with a locally anchored service network.
