dmg events to Launch Lagos Infrastructure and HVACR Expos in 2026

dmg events, a Dubai-based organiser of trade exhibitions, is expanding its African footprint with two new shows in Lagos, targeting West Africa’s $668 billion infrastructure market and the growing push for sustainable building technologies.

The West Africa Infrastructure Expo and HVACR Nigeria will be held from April 7–9, 2026, at the Landmark Centre, Lagos. The events will convene governments, investors, and businesses around opportunities in major projects such as the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Railway, the Abidjan-Lagos Corridor Highway, and Africa Data Centre Accra. “Urbanisation and climate challenges are reshaping the future of West Africa,” said Matt Denton, president of dmg events. “These shows will highlight both the scale of opportunity and the demand for climate-conscious technologies.”

The expos align with Nigeria’s National Integrated Infrastructure Master Plan, which aims to raise infrastructure stock to 70% of GDP by 2043. HVACR Nigeria will spotlight energy-efficient systems, tapping into a market forecast to grow nearly 9% annually between 2025 and 2029.

With offices in Egypt, Nigeria, and South Africa, dmg events already runs Big 5 Construct Nigeria and Nigeria Energy Week, alongside global events spanning 25 countries.
